Plant meetings

We are not separate from nature. And yet we’ve been programmed to believe that we are. Much of the work we do here in the plant meetings is to rekindle with our innate and often forgotten ability to communicate with nature and non-human beings such as plants. By doing so, we’re also connecting to a deeper part of ourselves that has been suppressed and unvoiced.

Plant meetings provide a reflective, safe and supportive space of enquiry where you can learn directly from plants and meet deeper layers of yourself through their guidance.

What to expect from a session?

    • Each session is a partnership of exploration where my intuition and yours collaborate to support you in finding your own answers.
    • You will be invited you to listen to your body at a deeper level and to drop into a more heightened state of awareness, using one or several of the following gateways: intuitive movement, sensory awareness, listening touch, mindfulness, drawing, sounding, creative writing or any other practice that supports your own process. 
    • Each session is tailored to your learning process and style in collaboration and agreement with yourself. Depending on what is needed and what you want to work with, I will suggest one core practice or a combination of practices. You’re also welcome to share and bring your own practice(s) where relevant.
    • Each session involves deep listening and sensing from my part so that I’m always tuned in to what you and your body need at the time of the session. You are also invited to practice deep listening and sensing so that you become more aware of how your body responds to the plant and my guidance.
    • We will work with one plant that I will choose after an initial meeting and discussion with you. We will connect to this plant through a sensory meeting by tea tasting or by meeting the live plant. The meeting will be deepened through the use of movement, mindfulness, touch, art making, creative writing or any other practice we decide to work with in support of your process.
    • I will guide you through your own process with my reflection and awareness so that you can deepen and integrate what is taking place at your own pace.

As an insight herbalist I do not diagnose or treat medical condition. Any medical condition you have is always welcome though and the plants we meet can offer elements of answers in regards to what you’re going through as plant meetings connect us to a deeper part of ourselves.

The number of sessions will vary from person to person but I generally ask for a commitment of 3 sessions to begin with to allow a process to unfold.

I recommend a gap of between two weeks and a month between each session to allow for integration.

Sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes and a medical history is asked beforehand to ensure safe practise.

Sessions are given in my flat in London Fields. Zoom sessions are also possible if needed.
